Questions You Might Be Thinking
You’re a man. How can you understand what I’m going through?
Fair question. I can’t tell you what menopause feels like, I’ll never experience it. But I’ve spent years studying what’s happening hormonally, nutritionally, and emotionally during this stage of life. I’ve sat with hundreds of women and listened, properly listened, to what they’re going through. I’m a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist with counselling training. And honestly? Sometimes having someone who isn’t going through it themselves means they can hold the space differently. I’m not comparing my experience to yours. I’m just here, fully focused on you.
I’ve tried everything and nothing works. Why would this be different?
Because what you’ve tried was almost certainly designed for a body that isn’t yours anymore. The calorie restriction, the HIIT, the generic plans... they don’t account for what’s happening hormonally. This is different because it’s built specifically around perimenopause and menopause, it’s personalised to your life, and it addresses the whole picture, not just food and exercise, but sleep, stress, self-talk, and the stuff going on underneath. You haven’t failed. You just haven’t had the right support yet.
I don’t have time. I’m already overwhelmed.
I know. That’s exactly why this is built the way it is. My entire philosophy (‘All or Something, Always’) is designed for women who are genuinely busy. Not “you just need to make time” busy. Actually busy. Two short sessions and a few prepped meals in a tough week? That’s a win. We work with your life, not against it. And we start small.
How much does it cost?
1:1 coaching starts from £199/month. That gives you personal trainer, nutritionist, and mindset coach all in one. No hidden costs, no upsells, no supplements to buy. Payment plans are available. To be honest, most women have already spent more than this on supplements, gym memberships, and programmes that didn’t work. This is an investment in the next few decades of your life, not just the next twelve weeks.
Do I need gym equipment?
No. Everything is designed to be done at home with resistance bands and dumbbells. That’s it. No gym membership needed. Your programme is built around what you actually have, in the space you actually live in.
What if I’m not fit enough to start?
You are. I promise. Every single programme is built from wherever you are right now. If you can’t do a push-up yet, brilliant, we’ll build towards it. If you haven’t exercised in years, that’s completely fine. There’s no minimum fitness level. There’s just a starting point, and we’ll find yours together.
Is this just for women on HRT?
Not at all. I work with women on HRT, women who’ve chosen not to take HRT, women in early perimenopause, and women who are postmenopausal. The coaching adapts to wherever you are. Your programme is built around you, not around a prescription.
How is this different from hiring a personal trainer?
A personal trainer gives you a workout plan. I give you that, plus personalised nutrition guidance, menopause-specific education, longevity health marker tracking, mindset and emotional support, sleep and stress strategies, and someone who checks in on how you’re actually doing as a human being, not just whether you hit your reps.
I’m counselling-trained. This goes deeper.
