Recipe Books

The Full Tray - My first Recipe eBook

Forty seven one tray recipes, high in protein, high in fibre, and built for the nights when you have got nothing left to give the kitchen.

All five macros on every recipe, fibre included, worked out ingredient by ingredient. A four week meal plan free with every copy. It lands on the 4th of September.

You already know what to eat. That was never the problem.

It is quarter past six, you have been up since half five, and the fridge is full of things that are not yet a meal. Somewhere in your saved folder are forty recipes you fully intended to make. You have made two.

That is not a discipline problem. That is what happens when the cooking lands at the point in the day when you have got the least left in the tank.

So this is not another pile of ideas to save for later. It is a tray, things you can pick up in any supermarket, twenty five minutes in the oven, and a proper meal at the end of it.

Forty seven recipes. Five chapters. One tray.

Organised by the situation you are in when you open the fridge, not by meal type, because that is not how the week actually goes.

Breakfast and Brunch. Baked oats, yoghurt bowls and egg trays, plus the slower weekend ones for when the house is full.

Quick Weeknight Trays. In the oven fast, on the table faster. The chapter that gets the most use.

Feed Everyone. The bubbling dish in the middle of the table that the whole family eats. No separate dinner for you.

Batch For The Week. Cook once, eat four times, with what freezes and what to add fresh written on every one.

The 3pm Chapter. Proper snacks with real protein in them, not a cereal bar pretending.

Plus a four week meal plan, free with every copy.

Knowing what to cook and knowing what to cook on a Tuesday in week three are two different problems. The plan puts the recipes in an order that works, builds the fibre gently rather than throwing you into the high thirties overnight, marks the batch days and uses the leftovers.

Take the week you fancy and ignore the rest if you like. All or something.

Who this is not for.

It is vegetarian and pescatarian throughout, so if you want meat with every dinner this is not your book. There are no rules and no weigh in, so if you are after a diet plan it is not that either. And a few of them do ask for twenty five minutes and an oven.

I would rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you on Thursday.

I am not a chef.

I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I work with women in their forties, fifties and sixties who are eating around a job, a family and a body that has started behaving differently.

Everything in here came out of my own kitchen, usually with something going slightly wrong off camera. There are no clever techniques because I do not have any. What there is instead is food that gets made on a Wednesday, which is a much higher bar than food that looks good on a Sunday.

All or something, always.

FAQ

Is it a physical book? No. It is a digital book, a PDF, sent by email the moment it goes on sale. Phone, tablet, laptop, or print the bits you use most.

Is there meat in it? No. Vegetarian and pescatarian, so there is fish in some. Every recipe is tagged.

Do I need protein powder? Nope, a few recipes use it but you don't have to.

When can I buy it? The 4th of September. The waitlist gets it first, and at a lower price than anyone else pays.

One tray. Barely any effort.
Proper food that does your body good.

I will email you the moment it is ready. Nothing else.
