Step 1: We Have a Conversation
It starts with a free, no-pressure chat. I want to understand what’s going on for you — your symptoms, your history, what you’ve tried, and what your life actually looks like. Step 2: I Build Your Programme
Not a template. Not a PDF. A programme designed around your hormones, your goals, your equipment, and your real life. Nutrition guidance based on my ‘Assign Value to Food’ framework. Strength training you can do at home. And the kind of support that goes deeper than sets and reps.
Step 3: We Work Together, Week by Week
Weekly check-ins where I actually listen to how you’re feeling, what’s working, what’s not, and what life is throwing at you. Voice notes, message support between sessions, and programme adjustments as your body responds. This is person-centred coaching, not a compliance checklist.

THE FOUR PHASES
Phase 1: Finding Your Feet (Weeks 1–4)
Deep onboarding. Baseline health markers. Introduction to the ‘All or Something’ philosophy and the ‘Assign Value to Food’ framework. Your personalised home training programme begins. Menopause education so you understand what’s actually happening and why.
Phase 2: Finding Your Strength (Weeks 5–8)
Progressive strength training. Strategic recovery. Deeper coaching conversations... the stuff underneath the surface. Nutrition refinement. Sleep and energy optimisation. A mid-programme check-in to see how far you’ve already come.
Phase 3: Finding Yourself Again (Weeks 9–12)
This is where it clicks. The habits are cementing. The strength surprises you. You look in the mirror and you recognise yourself again. Full reassessment of your health markers and a plan for what comes next.
Phase 4: Building for Decades (Ongoing)
You’re the strongest you’ve ever been. Your relationship with food, movement, and your body is sustainable. You’re not afraid of ageing, you’re building for it. The older person who lives with independence. Fit, strong, and present for the people you love. For decades.
